The atmosphere in this furnace is nitrogen and hydrogen gases. After oxidation and achieving the desired mechanical properties, the sheet temperature reaches the appropriate temperature for entering the molten round steel billet, which is about 460. C. The sheet then enters the molten bath and comes out of the molten bath with the molten zinc surface.
