Simurgh Industrial mining Complex Offer Announcement for exporting of Iron Ore Pellets (IOP)

Dear Applicants

We are pleased to inform you of SIC’s new allocation of Iron Ore Pellets (IOP) as following terms and conditions:

1) Description: Iron Ore Pellets (IOP)

2) Chemical Analysis would be based on Shahid Rajai Stock yard Composition as follow:

3) Firm Bid: firm bid has to be on FOB BND – Iran basis.

4) Packing: bulk

5) Quantity: 70,000Mt

6) Delivery: 10 days after payment (the depo is ready in the port’s yard)

7) Payment term: 50% cash till 5 days after confirmation, 50% within 10 days.

8) Destination and End user: should be mentioned in the firm bid.

9) Deadline for receiving tender documents: 28.Jan.2024, 17:00 O’clock

10) Closing time: submitted firm bid must be forwarded latest by 28.Jan.2024, 13:00 O’clock by Iran local time via e-mail addressed to simurghsteelco@gmail.com  and info@simurghsteelco.com.

11)The amount of guarantee for participation in the auction: 50,000 dollars paid to the exchange agent of SIC in Dubai. Details and address can be received via email simurghsteelco@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

1) Applicant has to be registered outside Iran.

2) LOI should be prepared in company’s official letterhead and stamped and signed by authorized signatory.

3) Attaching a scanned copy of the relevant valid Trade license depicting the name of authorized signatory along with LOI is necessary.

4) SIC reserve the right to reject any or all of the received proposals.

5) Vague or Conditional price bid would not be considered.

6) Price bid should be valid at least 5 Iranian working days from the offer deadline.

7) The deposit amount of the participants other than the auction winner will be returned within 3 working days.
